Accompanied By Roses.

 A colourful encounter.

The rose guardians of the vines are in full bloom.
In the olden days the vintners would plant rose bushes at the end of a row of vines in order to see if the row was healthy. Rose blooming, wine looming...

The yellow bunch are nice and alert to this temperate start to a public holiday.

A wilder sort of rose shining among its supporting blades of urban wilderness.

Isn't this bunch delightful? So many budding beauties awaiting to shine and bedazzle us.

An orange rose ensconced by a green support crew.
Still learning how to display its floral beauty it nonetheless looks pretty as  picture.

A Flowery Tuesday.

Wonderful Eisenberg.

A lovely hanging flower. Mauve, beautiful and quite scented.

The poppies are back again. Gosh, when I saw them this morning I couldn't believe that a whole year had gone...

A purple wildflower being elegantly hidden by many blades of grass.

There is always a diva...this one being supported by many bit players who make everything more beautiful.

Further down the hill these delicate yellow wildflowers were cheerfully waiting to be seen...nothing nicer than a meadow with long grass in it.

Not to be forgotten...the daisies. Plain, bright and wonderful.

Bits And Flowery Pieces.

Summer magic.

Roses, plain yet stunning at the same time. Alluring and eye-catching. Happily lifting one's spirit.

A more disorderly affair! Happy mingling of tall and short, mauve and green and yellow and white...

It was very early so the sun hadn't yet directed these daisies to open their petals.

Lovely, isn't it? Love those red 'mops'.
These delightful flowers are planted in a garden among the vineyards.

Wheat art almost reminiscent of the fibonacci spiral.

Almost too pretty to make bread from...The harvesters are circling in our area already and soon these fields will be gone.

A Bit Of Flower Power To Ring In The Weekend.

 Bright and different.

A new find in the vineyards. Granted, a cultivated flower yet, it is different and very noticeable.  Like an overgrown head of hair...

An almost boring and normal white rose at the edge of a local vineyard setting a sharp contrast to the lushious greens.

Tall and purple landing sites of bees and more...

Also in yellow, which seems to be a more popular attractions for bees.

An ensemble of peacefulness. A picture that could be a portal to thoughts, ideas and inner beauty.

Floral Splendour.

 The power of flowers.

Are words even necessary?

A beautiful white bouquet fit for any bride.

A bunch of red roses happily greeting the day and me.

A lot of the local farmers have planted purple wildflowers at the edge of their fields this year, which makes me hope that perhaps they are embracing organic farming practices.

An abandoned house is the host of these awesome shrubs. Lovely way to mask crumbling walls and yet again proof that nature knows what it is doing.

A wonderful summer's day confirmed by colours and scents.

A Few Bright Spots.

Much needed after the days of rain.

For some reason I always think of ice cream cones when I walk past these stunning yet strange looking blossoms.

New pot plants have almost appeared overnight all over the neighbourhoods. A lovely nice bright and strong red.

...like tiny eyelashes....

Snow balls dangling off the branches. Amazing to walk past these perfectly shaped orbs, one almost identical to the next. Nature never ceases to amaze me.

A bit of a green screen saver that could almost be used to make a broom of sorts...

A beautiful bit of shadow work. Just love our white washed walls ( limestone & water ) and how they turn into perfect canvases for anything from blades of grass, bugs or wild flowers. Hopefully our wild flowers are going to appear soon...

The Poppies Of Upper Eisenberg!

A bevy of beauties...

There happens to be a patch of grass that is filled with a stunning collection of red beauties also known as poppies...

A happy bit of co-mingling rejoices anyone down in the dumps. How many generations of passers by have been enchanted by these poppies?

The wall of this little Kellerstock may crumble with age but this poppy plot firmly encases youthfulness and vigor despite its age...

The aging wall makes a perfect backdrop to a bouquet of bright poppies.

Despite coming across as being rather delicate and elegant, these poppies are more than able to withstand  the strong morning wind by swaying and bending along with it...Nature, continually amazing and awesome.

Tulips, Because They Are So Vibrant And Alive.

 Blooming marvelous...

The sunlight was just perfect this morning illuminating these faithful tulips to show their richness.

The memorial where these tulips reside has a big rock in the middle of it and a few tulips use it to shine some more...

The rebel yellow tulips do fit in quite nicely with their red siblings.

Aren't the individual petals stunning? Elegant yet vivacious.

The tulip home base. The more the merrier and every morning when I walk past them, I get a feel of their cheerfulness and a sense of what really is important in life, and what not.

Visual Bits & Pieces.

A small slice of Burgenland yet again.

A hazy morning frock thrown over Deutsch Schuetzen with only the church spire to be seen.

A bit of a floral greeting to the day. Aren't the colours and cheer of these daisies lovely? A most welcome sight so late in the year.

An abandoned trailer putting its stamp on the meadow it lives in. A slice of country life and a gentle reminder how peaceful and safe a life we are allowed to lead in our bit of Burgenland.

The famous sunflowers of Dorfstrasse still reign tall, cheerful and proud. A different glimpse to the start of a day, one on the opposite spectrum of news, gloom and corona.

The daisies might be blurry but that cements the attractiveness of the vineyard behind. Clear and clean lines makes it almost seem like part of an English garden or even a maze. Nice.

Finally, another look at my favourite sunflowers. This particular trio of flowers are stuck together for their adventurous live through summer and bits of autumn.
