Some More Wintry Aspects Of Eisenberg In Burgenland.

Nature, nature oh glorious nature...

Even when the pond is frozen over and snow is covering the landing, it looks one hundred percent romantic. Sitting in your waterproofs sipping a glass of wine or maybe rather a shot of Schnapps, might not be a bad idea...
It does look like a moon lit lake, doesn't it? Alas, it is a close up of an iced over path...treacherous indeed.
The path in question...the road to Eisenberg seems paved with ice and maybe good intentions too!
An outlaw in the bird society. This one stood still long enough for me to raise my camera and click away. A rascal indeed.
A crow inspecting its talons, or being glad to be apart of the other murder of crows whiling the morning away in the tree next door.
This particular tree, in the Deutsch Schützen Weinberg, intrigued me. It almost looks like a nappy ring....
One of our neighbour's horses. Our area is made for riding horses. I love walking passed his place because that distinct horse manure smell is unique. Horse riding is associated with the fables of our childhood. The prince of any Grimm story didn't arrive by a Mercedes, but on a sturdy stallion...
