Move Over Selfie, Because The " Modd " Is Here.

A moment of daily decadence or Modd for short.

Do you also forget to treat yourself daily or if at all? Everywhere we look, people are on the go, go-getting and never really sitting still. You know, sitting still to enjoy the moment and seize the day...

It seems that we women are more prone to delay moments of decadence. Decadence to me means doing something that makes you feel good. It needn't be expensive at all. All it needs to do is to make your soul smile for a minute or so...

After centuries of help, experiments and heaps of advice, most of us still have to watch our weight. Any diet that advertises permanent weight-loss is a tad bit suspect! Have you ever wondered whether we haven't approached this whole weight issue incorrectly?

Any man who is in a new relationship will get the same question:

Honey, does my butt look bigger than normal?

The novices still make the mistake to take a look at the derriere and comment. Fatal. Men don't do that. All we need to hear is a nice & gentle...

Oh no Schatzi, you are a goddess...

Men, never ever take that look. Don't forget that we women have eyes in the back of our heads and will know if you take a judging look...!

Back to this eternal weight issue most of us carry around. Maybe the trick is to have daily moments of decadence. Treats that make us feel good. Society and scale be banished for a moment as we just indulge and eat something that makes us feel great. We all have a few treats that brighten our day & souls.

This selfie craze can now morph into the, let's call it The Modd craze ( moments of daily decadence ). Oh yes, show your friends and the world that you can indulge and have moments of decadence....you know, put yourself first because you are special. Just think, if you do this often, your inner voice will change from negative to positive, and that might be all it takes to sort out this weight issue...Worth a try, isn't it?
